Hi Stingrays! 

As a reminder, Championships is tomorrow.  We want you to be prepared and not surprised with anything tomorrow.  Please read the attached Champs FACTS.

The Southwest ISD Aquatic Center is located next to Christa McAuliffe Middle School. The address is 9290 SW Loop 410, San Antonio, TX. 78242. It has a small parking lot with handicap parking in front of the building. Most cars will park behind the natatorium in the Christa McAuliffe MS parking lots. 

There is a separate entrance for the swimmers and the parents. PARENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON DESK WITHOUT A VOLUNTEER NAME BADGE. Please do not try to enter the deck without a namebadge and do not argue with staff or door monitors.

STINGRAYS WILL MEET OUTSIDE THE SWIMMERS ENTRANCE AT 1:50PM.  WE WILL WALK IN TOGETHER AS A GROUP.

Littles will be grouped together near the younger pool and the Bigs will be grouped together near the older pool.  

VOLUNTEERS - WE NEED MORE PEOPLE - Our Team is required to provide these volunteers.  These shifts will not be picked up by the other teams.  PLEASE SIGN UP OR RISK BEING PULLED SOMEPLACE.  Thank you to those who have already signed up.  

STILL NEED

• 2 people for the awards table
• 1 head timer for the older pool
• 2 Lane timers for the older pool
• 1 Ready Bench parent
• 1 Lane time for the younger pool
• 1 Clean up person

Things to note:

CLEAR BAG POLICYThe clear bag policy of Southwest ISD (our host) will be strictly enforced for all spectators. Swimmers and coaches ON DECK are not subject to the clear bag policy. Please make sure your families are aware of this before they arrive.

ENTRY POINTS

Swimmers and coaches will enter from the outside metal gate on the far right side of the pool. Parents will enter through the front doors. Parents without proper clearance will be turned away.

HEAT SHEETSHeat sheets will be provided for officials ONLY.  They will not have any available at the meet so print your before you come - if you want a copy or download the swimtopia app.  Please note there are separate heat sheets for each pool (Younger & Older).  Relays will be completed in the older pool for all swimmers so they are only listed on the older pool heat sheet.
